HIGH CLAMPING FORCE

The lever principle is optimized to the maximum due to the fact that the screw passes through the center of the insert, allowing the clamping torque to be distributed over its entire surface. The rear locking prevents the screw head from clogging and at the same time allows for a wide chip evacuation channel in front of the insert, facilitating its removal, especially at very high speeds.

Thanks to the reference pin, we guarantee the correct axial and radial positioning, also allowing for quick insert change with hundredth-of-a-millimeter precision.

The shim is locked to the tool body by a pin that allows the insert to be changed easily and quickly without worries.

SAFETY AND CONSTANT LOCKING FORCE

The screw, passing through the tool, prevents its possible accidental ejection, ensuring perfect positioning and eliminating any possible locking error. The tool body and the shim exactly follow the profile of the insert, giving the system a homogeneous clamping force and progressive chip formation.
