HIGH KNIFE STABILITY

Knife locking through mechanical interference guarantees its stability during operation even at very high rotation speed, ensuring high performance in terms of finishing and productivity.

NO DEFORMATION OF SEATS

The centrifugal force generated by the rotation speed causes the block and its fixing screw to move outwards, damaging the latter and the knife seat. To avoid this, the block is fixed to the body through mechanical interference.

REAR POSITIONING OF THE SCREWS

Rear fastening in order to have ample chip evacuation and avoid blockages on the screw head.

SHRINK FITTING (HEAT SHRINK CLAMPING)

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

The tool body is heated to a controlled temperature so that the hole widens to allow insertion onto the shaft. With subsequent cooling, the tool will be naturally locked onto the shaft.

PRODUCED EFFECTS:

no tolerance between shaft and tool hole; – secure locking of the tool onto the shaft; – perfect centering of the shaft axis with that of the tool hole. Constant balancing over time.
